In-District High School Students

Students who currently attend school in the New Westminster School District are considered in-district students.

Important:

  • Students are expected to log in and begin working on their course within one week of receiving their welcome email. Please wait to submit your form to your counsellor until you are ready to start your course.
  • Our courses are designed for students with strong English skills. English Language Learners may enroll in New Westminster Online Learning courses only if they are currently at ELL Level 4 or higher. Students enrolled in BA ELL (ESL) classes are not eligible to take online courses.

Follow These Steps to Register:

Step 1: Get the Form

Step 2: Fill It Out

  • Complete all sections carefully.
  • Ensure your parent/guardian signs the form.

Step 3: Submit to Your Counsellor

  • Bring the completed form to your school counsellor for approval.
  • If approved, your counsellor will sign it and send it directly to us.
  • Important: Forms cannot be submitted by students themselves.  We will only accept forms directly from the school counsellor or advisor.

Step 4: Watch for Confirmation

  • Once we receive your form, you’ll get a confirmation email with instructions to start your course.
  • The current processing time is up to one week.
  • Don’t forget to check your junk/spam folder if you don’t see the email.
