Fees and Refund Policies

Students who have NOT yet graduated from secondary school or high school in BC or in another jurisdiction are able to take all courses tuition FREE.

Graduated students can now take most grade 11 and 12 courses tuition FREE. Please click here for a list of these courses and for more details.  Courses not funded by The Ministry of Education are $375.00.  Please see our course offerings pages for details.

We are only permitted to accept students who live in BC.

The tuition fee for International Students is $1,175 per course. International students already enrolled at NWSS also pay the tuition fee of $1,175 per course.  We cannot accept international students who live outside of BC.

Please note the following tuition refund policy:

  • Cancellations within 2 weeks of registration: $50 cancellation fee.
  • Cancellation after 2 weeks of registration: NO REFUND.
  • If you have completed more than 10% of the course marks, NO REFUND, no matter when you cancel.
